"It is already apparent that climate protection and the electricity demand of energy-intensive industries require a very strong wind energy expansion on land and at sea as well as the immediate production of 'green' hydrogen. That is why we have to exploit all acceleration and expansion potentials - in parallel with the import of 'green' hydrogen," she adds. Climate protection offers economic opportunities and WAB believes that offshore wind is the key technology for achieving Germany's climate targets. These are the messages WAB is bringing to Hamburg.
